SINGAPORE — Employees here may soon find out how happy they are at work in comparison to the national population.
The Singapore Human Resources Institute and people consulting research firm Align Group today (April 22) launched a survey aimed at measuring the workplace happiness of employees in Singapore on a national scale.
The questions cover 29 factors which have been identified by research to affect perceptions on workplace happiness.
The survey will be available online at http://happyworkplace.sg from today to July 20. Survey findings will be presented at the Singapore Human Resource Congress, to be held on Sept 9.
