KellyOCG expands in Asia-Pacific to serve evolving needs of Kelly’s global and regional customers and advance HR industry best practices throughout the region.
KellyOCG, the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of Kelly Services®, is embarking on growth plans and further expansion in Asia-Pacific. A global leader in talent management solutions that enables clients to achieve their strategic goals and bottom line profitability, KellyOCG is looking to Asia as a key priority as the market presents tremendous opportunity for exponential growth.
KellyOCG’s growth strategy in Asia-Pacific follows an earlier announcement in April 2016 when Kelly Services announced the expansion of its joint venture with Temp Holdings in Asia-Pacific, to form the largest workforce solutions company in the Asia-Pacific region. The joint venture, TS Kelly Asia-Pacific, is projected to be finalised by late June.
KellyOCG is not part of the joint venture and will continue to operate under the ownership of Kelly. To deliver on the plans, the company has strengthened its leadership team in Asia-Pacific to support the immense growth potential of the region.
Natalia Shuman, Senior Vice President, General Manager for Kelly Services Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, will have a refocus of scope to drive business growth for KellyOCG throughout Asia-Pacific. Tatiana Ohm will also take on the position of Vice President for ASEAN.
In her new role, Tatiana will drive the strategy and lead the business for KellyOCG with the aim of taking a market leadership position in the ASEAN region. Ohm will be based in Singapore and report to Shuman.
