The Randstad Employer Brand Research is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. From its 2017 employer branding research, Randstad aims to garner the public perception of Hong Kong’s largest employers based on three criteria: overall brand awareness, absolute attractiveness and relative attractiveness.

This builds an even playing field for all participating organizations instead of creating an upper hand to large multinationals with stronger name recognition, than smaller local companies.
