Singapore’s Top 75 Attractive Employer Brands in 2017

Commonly known as the people’s choice awards, the Randstad Employer Brand Awards is a leading voice in employer branding conversations, providing dedicated content to various target audiences, supported by the leading research in employer branding.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. Its 2017 employer branding research is aimed at garnering the public perception of Singapore’s largest employer brands based on these three criteria – overall brand awareness, absolute attractiveness and relative attractiveness.

This builds an even playing field for all participating organizations instead of creating an upper hand for large multinationals with stronger name recognition than smaller local companies.

“We now enter into the sixth year of the Randstad Employer Brand Research awards in Singapore. Through the years we have seen the Employer Brand Research has grown in importance as a focal point for organisations looking to improve their employer brand to attract the very best talent into their ranks. While we continue to shape the world of work, we also see how the landscape continues to evolve in Singapore – this year we see 18 new organisations break into the Top 75 list,” said Ms Jaya Dass, Country Director of Randstad Singapore.
