Level 1 (Award) HR course

Almost the same as the free course, this level 1 award provides a ground-level introduction to HR. This is ideal for newcomers. The units in this course study the basics of HR Management and the duties of the HR department across two detailed modules, namely the Basics of HR Management and Managing Performance. 

Level 1 HR course 

  • Course duration: 80 hours 
  • Fee: £99 (discounted – pay in full option) or £140 (total fee – pay in instalments)

This course option will discuss three units in particular, namely The Basic of HR Management, Training and Development, and Managing Performance. Level 3 Certificate in HR management course 

  • Course duration: 200 recommended study hours

This course option has been designed for those looking to begin or advance dynamic and rewarding careers in HR. There are 6 modules to study in this course option include Introduction to HRM, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Rewarding Employees, and Equal Opportunity and Diversity. 

Level 4 Diploma in HRM course 

  • Course duration: 260 recommended study hours 
  • Fee: £440 (discounted fee – pay in full) or  £540 (full fee – pay in instalments)

The human resources diploma online is delivered over 8 modules: Basics of HRM, Recruitment and Selection, Staff Training and Development, Employee Relations, Appraising Employees, Managing Performance, Rewarding Employees, and Managing Absence and Attendance.
