Tata Consultancy Services Ranks among the Top 3 Employers in Asia Pacific

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization has been announced as the “Top Employer Asia Pacific 2017” by the Top Employers Institute, and was ranked in the top three certified organisations in the region.

TCS also achieved first time Top Employer certification in China and Philippines, and scored multi-year Top Employer certifications in Australia, India and Singapore. The company now has 25 countries worldwide that are Top Employer Institute-certified, and was also declared a Global Top Employer earlier in 2016.

Additionally, TCS Australia and TCS Singapore each scored Top Employer 2017 certifications, thus gaining multiple consecutive years recognition (2014 to 2017).

With TCS China and TCS Philippines gaining certification, TCS now has 25 countries worldwide that are Top Employer Institute certified. TCS was also declared “Global Top Employer” earlier in 2016, joining an exclusive group of companies with the rating.
