SINGAPORE: The Ministry of Manpower will conduct the Comprehensive Labour Force Survey from May 23 to Jul 31 on a random sample of 33,000 households.
The survey will collect data on employment, unemployment and other key demographic and economic information to help plan and formulate manpower policies and programmes, the ministry said on Monday (May 23).
Households selected for the survey will be contacted by post. They can participate in the survey online via the Manpower Survey Online System, or opt for a phone interview by calling the survey hotline at 6317 1009 from 8.30am to 9pm on Mondays to Fridays or 9.30am to 5pm on weekends.
Interviewers will visit households which are not contactable by telephone. All interviewers will display an identification card issued by the Manpower Ministry. Households can also verify their identity by calling the ministry at 6438 5122.
