KellyOCG®, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services® has won separate Gold awards for the HR Vendors of the Year 2016 for Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Partner for both its Singapore and Malaysia offices, on the November 24 and 29 respectively.

These awards were organised by Human Resources magazine and the judgment was made by a panel of esteemed and experienced HR practitioners in the industry.

Additionally, Natalia Shuman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of APAC and EMEA Regions for Kelly Services, was named in the 2016 Global Power 100 Woman in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).

“We are grateful and proud to have been awarded these prestigious industry accolades. Our diverse service offerings and pioneering solutions in the talent management and human resources domain enable the most complex organisations to achieve the workforce agility they need to drive business growth and set them apart from the competition. This endorsement from HR leaders around Singapore and Malaysia confirms our customer’s trust and KellyOCG brand credibility and quality as we embark on an expansion plan to grow our network and client base throughout the region,” said Shuman.

Organised by Human Resources magazine, KellyOCG won Gold Awards against established HR consultancy firms at Asia’s most established awards for the HR industry. Globally, KellyOCG is consistently ranked in the top 5 of global workforce solutions providers and KellyOCG’s Asia-Pacific headquarters is based in Singapore.

Natalia Shuman was recognized as SIA’s 2016 Global Power 100 Woman in Staffing, an annual list which recognises influential female leaders in the industry and provides a platform to celebrate many of the talented women shaping the world of work.

“I am deeply honoured to make the list for Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2016 Global Power 100 Woman in Staffing and to be invited to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Next Generation Summit. Over the last few years, an increasing number of women have set their sights on breaking the glass ceiling by seeking out pivotal roles in the political and corporate spheres. I am humbled to be named alongside these women,” Shuman said.

“Throughout my career at Kelly Services, I have been provided the opportunities to develop my skills and have always been at the forefront of advocating and practicing gender diversity. My priority and focus now is to provide leadership for KellyOCG in APAC as we chart out an ambitious growth strategy,” added Shuman.

Earlier last month, Natalia was also a finalist for CNBC’s 15th Asia Business Leaders Awards (ABLA), an annual award to recognise the region’s top business leaders for their vision, competence and achievement. After going through a rigorous three-part judging process, Natalia was shortlisted as a finalist for the ABLA awards, topping off a list of personal accolades this year.

These awards follow KellyOCG’s expansion and growth plans for Asia-Pacific that was announced in June, where the company plans to serve the evolving needs of its global and regional customers, and advance HR industry best practices.

A global leader in talent management solutions that enables clients to achieve their strategic goals and bottom line profitability, KellyOCG is looking to Asia as a key priority, with the markets presenting tremendous opportunity for exponential growth.
