Hong Kong Labour Department today launched ‘Career Get-Set-Go’, a programme providing pre-employment training and employment services for secondary school graduates.
Running until August, the programme will benefit 26,000 job-seekers.
Participating graduates can browse and apply for job vacancies on a dedicated webpage.
The department will also provide information about recruitment days at its job centres, Youth Pre-employment Training Programme and Youth Work Experience & Training Scheme job fairs, and other large-scale job fairs.
In addition, the Youth Employment Start resource centre will launch career advisory and employment support programmes, including career assessments, consultations, workshops on job hunting and interview skills, and celebrity experience-sharing sessions.
