Two of the world’s leading digital and marketing recruitment firms have joined forces and entered into a partnership to help businesses and job seekers adapt to a rapidly-changing digital landscape.
Salt, a world-leading digital recruitment consultancy, has acquired a stake in Font, specialist marketing, creative and digital recruiters based in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. This collaboration not only strengthens Font’s digital and technology offering in Malaysia, but also offers clients access to specialised talent from all around the world.
To lead this transformation locally, Salt has appointed Bryan Corke as Country Director, Malaysia.
With nearly 20 years’ into recruitment and extensive industry knowledge in Malaysia and SEA, Bryan will take the reins to grow the digital and technology offering for clients and candidates, as well as drive the business’s strong media and marketing sales presence. This includes expanding into contract and project services locally.
“Companies in Malaysia and around the world are facing a complete digital disruption – one that goes beyond technology roles and into all areas of the business. Font’s partnership with Salt enables us to further strengthen skillsets within local firms, as well as work with local talent to adapt as jobs continue to evolve,” said Jacqui Barratt, Asia Pacific CEO of Salt.
“It’s critical that our customers have the best support to ride this digital wave, and we are extremely excited to have someone of Bryan’s calibre join our ranks.”
Bryan Corke, Country Director at Salt Malaysia, adds: “Salt is a global leader of digital and technology recruitment, and it’s exciting for Malaysia to make up an important part of that global footprint. I am very excited to be leading the charge and helping clients better manage an ever-changing workforce.” Font Malaysia will roll out its rebrand to Salt throughout October.
Following this partnership, Salt now has offices in New York, London, Sydney, Auckland, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong.
