SINGAPORE — Seven out of 10 Singaporeans admit to planning social activities while pretending to work in the office, according to a survey conducted by Hotels.com.

About the same percentage of respondents also said that they have booked a holiday while on the job, with a third admitting that they book all their vacations on company time.

The survey, which covered 160 Singaporeans, also claimed that online holiday research and bookings spikes between 4pm and 6pm, towards the end of the traditional work day.
