SAP Wins 26 Industry Accolades for Recruitment in Six Months

SAP announced that it has earned 26 global industry awards and recognitions in the first half of 2016 for its global recruiting campaigns and initiatives.

As digital transformation touches every aspect of human resources (HR), SAP is leveraging data-driven technology, intelligent software and innovative employer branding to optimize the recruiting experience.

The 2016 recruitment recognitions include:

  • The Firm Awards
    The Firm is a collaborative community of corporate recruitment professionals, whose aim is to support, develop and inspire its members, as well as ensure integrity and best practices in in-house recruiting and talent management. The Firm Awards aspire to raise the standard of service its members provide to internal customers and external suppliers. SAP was recognized in two categories:

    • Best Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Strategy
    • Best Emerging Talent Recruitment Programme
  • Employer Brand Management Awards
    The Employer Brand Management Awards programme exists as a benchmark of the employer brand management process, rewarding excellence and celebrating the campaigns and organisations that excel in the field of employer branding. SAP won six Employer Brand Management Awards:

    The Recruiter Awards is the UK’s largest event for the whole recruitment community, recognising best practices from agencies, in-house teams and also use of marketing and technology to successfully achieve objectives. SAP was honored as a winner and as “highly commended” for three categories:
