There is always hope

Thanos has wiped out half of the human race in the world. But after the comeback of Ant-man, the Avengers found a way to bring them back. With a Quantum Realm, Captain America tells Iron Man that they can bring everyone’s back. At first Iron man does not agree to the plan but Captain America keeps trying to convince Iron Man. Iron Man still doesn’t agree but he secretly creates the Quantum Realm. In the end, the plan goes well. They bring the stones again.

Thus, hope is around us. With patient, we can build a memorable ending that everyone grateful for. In business, with patient and hope, you can reach the success you always dream of.

Sacrifice is needed in order to win

Do you remember how the Avengers bring back the Infinity Stones? They have to travel through the past and take every stone Thanos has destroyed. But then for Black Widow and Hawkeye, they have to face a bitter reality. One of them has to die in the effort to bring back the Soul Stone.

From this scene, we can learn that behind every success is a lot of bitterness and hurdles. But if you do not stop in the middle, you sure will see a bright light of success ahead of you.

There is a hole in every best-laid plan

Most of the Avengers do not think about the drawback of bringing back the Infinity Stones. But Nebula, Thanos’ daughter, is connected to her past self. And then, this power reveals everything about the Avenger’s plan. It was too late for her to tell everyone. And so – Thanos knows and go straight to find Avengers to seize the stones again easily because this time Thanos does not need to travel the world to find the stones.

This lesson teaches that you need to be extra careful with your plan. A continuous assessment and last minute back-up plan should be prepared.

Doubt will not solve any problem, take the courage to decide what’s important

In the last minute, the Iron man holds the infinity stones in his hands. He, then, sacrifice himself so everyone can win. It takes him the courage to do that. He knows that it will give damage to himself but he does not show any doubt to do that. If he does, probably Thanos could be able to take the stones and repeal everyone – one more time.

It shows us that once you doubt about something, the opportunity will vanish. Therefore, as a future leader, you should be able to decide which one is more important and to decide quickly to not lose the opportunity.

Not everything is under your control

After travelling the time, the Avengers get all the stones. Then Iron Man, using the Infinity Stones, snaps his fingers to bring the earth whole again. However, although some Avengers and half of the citizens who disappear are coming back. The snap does not bring back Loki or Thor’s mother who is already dead. This lesson tells us that, something meant to happen and sometimes, you can do nothing about it. So, all you need to do is to focus on what’s ahead.

Your people on the team is the most important asset

Lastly, the Avengers: Endgame taught us that teamwork is the most important thing to bring back the glory of the universe. Without teamwork, success might not be on your way. So, create a team that is supportive of each other and embrace them.
